Well, we all knew it would happen but didn't expect it this soon. Yes, we're moving AGAIN! Arkansas, here we come. Drew was offered a position with the Kellogg's Walmart team and it's a great step in his career so he accepted. We don't have a specific date for the move but are working to get our house on the market and find a new one in the Rogers/Bentonville area. Drew is already traveling back and forth during the week so it could be a long couple of months.
We are happy to have company this time, though. The Itens are also going to be moving because Tom received a promotion with Smucker's to work on their Walmart account. We will be so sad to leave our other friends here in Huntersville and I'm sure it will be hard to leave the home where our family started but we're excited for yet another adventure!

Here we go again!

18 Months Old!
Paige turned 18 months old on April 3rd. Hard to believe we're already half way through her second year! We took her to the pediatrician for her well visit and she's doing great. Here are her stats:
Weight - 21.5 lbs (10-25%) I think this might be overestimated since she was wiggling and crying while sitting on the scale.
Height - 32 in (25-50%)
Head circumference - 18.5 in (75-90%)
Paige is becoming quite the ball of energy lately. She's into everything, specifically anything in cabinets, closets, and drawers. Some days it feels like I just follow her around and clean up what she has spread throughout the house. She loves to be outside playing with her bubbles, chalk, and going for wagon rides. "No" has become her favorite word lately and she is constantly displaying her independence. I didn't expect that to happen so quickly! Paige has also become less outgoing recently. She's more attached to Drew and I and more fearful of strangers and the unknown or unfamiliar. Quite a change from several months ago when she said "hi" to anyone that passed. Overall, she is a happy, friendly, curious little toddler!
Check out her latest professional pictures too. It took a little while for her to warm up but with the help of her friend Tyler to show her how it's done, she did well in the end.

Paige's Sweet Tooth
I shouldn't be surprised, but it appears that Paige has just as much of a sweet tooth as her Mommy and Daddy. She devoured a Jello mousse and made a great mess of it!

Happy Easter!
The Easter celebrations lasted for a couple weeks this year. We started by coloring eggs over at the Bailey's house. Unfortunately, it didn't keep Paige's interest for too long this year. She tried to dip her fruit snack in the dye. Maybe she'll get the concept a little more next year.
The following weekend we attended the neighborhood Easter egg hunt. Paige loved watching all of the other kids but wasn't too motivated to grab eggs of her own. I think she ended up with three total. The Easter Bunny was about as successful as Santa this year. We tried sitting with her in the picture but she still wasn't thrilled.

Finally, we celebrated Easter Sunday at our house. After church, Lucy and Paige were happy to find that the Easter bunny had left a basket for each of them. He did a great job sneaking in to leave the toys and candy. We hosted dinner for our friends and had yet another egg hunt in the backyard. It was a great day!
Happy Easter!

The Maxey's Visit
Greg, Lisa, and Lucy drove in from St. Louis to visit us over the long Easter weekend. Paige loved having a playmate while they jumped to their heart's content at Bounce U. We also did a little shopping at Ikea, which is an event in itself! Lucy and Paige also enjoyed Paige's new picnic table, courtesy of Nana and Papa Ham. It was so nice to have family here to celebrate the Easter holiday with. More on Easter in the next post.

Tea Anyone?
Grandma and Grandpa gave Paige her very own table and chair set for Easter and she's been playing with it since! Paige helped Daddy build the set and seemed to have a pretty good idea of what to do with the tools. Maybe she'll be handier than Drew and I. She has multiple "me" (the "t" in tea is still a little tough to say) parties a day, sometimes with her babies and stuffed animals. It is, by far, one of her favorites. Thanks Grandma & Grandpa for the hours of entertainment!

Go Mizzou!
Paige helped her Daddy root on Mizzou in the NCAA tournament by sporting her Mizzou cheerleading outfit. Unfortunately, it didn't help our brackets but she sure looked cute! I love the biker babe pictures!
