On May 20, Paige attended her last day of school for the official school year. I'm not sure Paige really understood that it was her last day with Mrs. Alex, whom she loved and it makes me sad that she won't be in Mrs. Alex's classroom again. Mrs. Alex was a wonderful teacher and I'm so happy that she was Paige's first as she enters "school." How much things changed from the beginning of the year, when Paige would cry when I dropped her off. By the end, she was running to give her teacher a hug and to go find Chip, the class hamster. She really grew both physically and socially and we're so proud of what she's learned.
Paige starts her summer session of school, which is just six weeks long, with a new teacher tomorrow. More on that soon!
