We were lucky enough to sell our Huntersville house after a week on the market so Drew and I headed to Rogers this past weekend to hunt for our new home. We are very excited about it (although I'm still trying to position all our furniture in my mind). It is a five bedroom, four bath and a bonus/media room. We will lose our office but that's not as important now that Drew won't be working from home. More importantly, it is already landscaped and has a fence, two of the things that we spend the most time and money on in our previous houses. We're looking forward to moving in without a lot of work!
We close on our house in Huntersville on June 10th and on this new house June 15th.
